Question Can you ship cigars to my country?
Answer

Tobacco laws differ from country to country. In some, the importation of tobacco products may be prohibited by law. We do not assume any responsibility for any taxes, delayed shipments, or any further inconveniences caused by domestic Customs since we are not in a position to be fully aware of all regulations pertaining to customs offices worldwide. Is each customer’s responsibility to be fully aware of its domestic customs regulations.

Question Do you ship cigars with their original bands and seals on?
Answer

Our policy is to ship all cigars in their original boxes with their bands on. As part of the pre-shipping procedure, we may inspect each box for mold, tobacco beetles, or any other possible damage. If you want to receive a sealed box please mention that in the comments section when you place your order.

Question How do you ship cigars?
Answer

We package each order using cigar protection inside the box. Additionally, we vacuum-seal every box and we ship it with a Boveda pack inside to ensure optimal humidity conditions for the travel.

Question Do you guarantee delivery?
Answer

We guarantee delivery, except for cases such as wrong or insufficient address, theft of the packages on customer premise after delivery, and the extended absence of the customer during the delivery window of the package.

Question Who is responsible for paying any import duties?
Answer

Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise you investigate your local regulations and charges before completing an order.

Question What happens if my cigars do not arrive?
Answer

If a shipment does not arrive within 45 business days, we will give you the option to either request a refund or a reshipment. If you choose the reshipping option, you will be waiving your right to a refund in the event that any of the packages do not show up at all. If both orders arrive at their destination, we will charge you for both orders, the original and the reshipment.

Question What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards through our 256-bit SSL encrypted secure order page and Crypto payments. All of your payment details are safely encrypted end-to-end using the latest SSL technology. Question When can I smoke the cigars I receive?
Answer

You can smoke the cigars immediately after receiving them. However, we recommend you set them in your humidor for about a week, in order to allow them to recover from the time of transit. Either way, we are confident you will enjoy your smoke.

Question What currency are your prices listed in?
Answer

All of our prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). You will be billed in USD as well.

Question Do you stock any aged Cuban cigars?
Answer

In the case of older stock, we insist that we do open all boxes. Please consider that these boxes have been sitting in warehouses and may have been transported numerous times. Keep this in mind when ordering, even though we do try our very best to ensure you will receive the best quality possible.

Question Is there a minimum order amount?
Answer

No, we do not have a minimum order amount. You purchase whatever you want, we will honor your selection.

Question Do you always have all the listed cigars in stock?
Answer

Usually, the listed cigars are in stock. However, we will check it out before you order.

Question How do I return my cigars under the guarantee terms?
Answer

If goods are defective or broken on arrival please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the cigars for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the cigars back to us. We will send a replacement or refund your money (according to your preference) as soon as the defective goods are received by us. Please note we do NOT accept returns without prior authorization. Cigars are not something you want to be sending without specific packaging and shipping instructions, due to the delicate nature of the product.

 

Question Do you have a physical shop?

No, we operate exclusively online.

Question Can I send you my cigars for a proper authentication check?
Answer

Yes, you can. We take enormous pride in our authentication system and, more important than that, we want to educate everyone better when it comes to the counterfeit cigar industry. If you have any doubt that a cigar is real or not, send it over for a proper evaluation. If we have to ruin your cigar and it comes up authentic, we will be happy to provide you a real one.
